William (Bill) Lonigan

Bill Lonigan currently resides between the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento, California and has been active in the construction industry for over fifty-five (55) years.  He studied Architecture at the University of Oregon, but choose a career path in commercial/industrial construction projects. Bill has worked on projects from Alaska to Puerto Rico, New York to California in key management and supervisory roles with some of the country’s largest general contractors.  He has always been focused on providing his owners, contractors, consultants and subcontractors with honesty, integrity, excellence and accountability in whatever capacity the project required. From high-rise office towers, sports stadiums, nuclear power plants, industrial processing facilities, higher education facilities, hospitals, bio-tech to infectious diseases research facilities, bill has estimated, negotiated, project managed, scheduled, value engineered, supervised and maintained executive oversight on over $2 billion dollars’ worth of work for both private clients and governmental agencies over the course of his career. In his free time Bill enjoys traveling with his wife and family, sailing and time on or under the water.

Graydon Lonigan

Grady Lonigan currently resides in Laguna Niguel, California and has been active in the construction industry for over twenty five (25) years.  His primary career path has and continues to be focused on commercial concrete construction. Grady has operated both on the general contracting side of concrete construction as well as subcontracting in roles ranging from Project Manager/Estimator, Regional Preconstruction Manager at the nation’s largest Concrete Subcontractor thru his most recent role as the Director of Concrete for Southern California at California’s largest general contractor.  His commitment to excellence and focus on innovation has had him working for some of the nations premier clients with work ranging from Design/Build Commercial High Rises to Design Assist Industrial facilities for both private corporations and government agencies . Over the course of his career, Grady has successfully estimated, won, and completed over $500 million in concrete contracts across the country. In his freetime Grady enjoys time with his family, travelling, and spending time on the water.
